The unit has several major problems. The device came with NO instructions at all. There was an implication that it had WiFi but it doesn't. The unit seems to have (the listing didn't specify) a very high tare power, maybe 70W, will drain a 13KWh battery bank in about 5 days just by being on. Worst, it seems that it is unable be used off grid and supply 60Hz power making it totally useless for USA use. Amazon customer support was totall useless, sending me Youtube videos for different products.
I bought the 8.2 KW Hybrid inverter from Amazon US and it was shipped to NIGERIA timely. It arrived earlier than proposed delivery date provided, which is a plus for Amazon.
Am not a routine reviewer of products however am really impressed by this inverter performance, suffice it to say that the video I Shared along with this review should speaks for this inverter.
1. Solar energy directly powers the loads without first going through batteries.( note the inverter is 230v as stated in the description) 2. Excess Solar power deployed to charging the battery while the load are powered. 4. Two arrays of solar input is smart design in this inverter. 4.The clincher for me is that My 10Kw 48v Blue carbon battery had been sleeping since over 2 months due to the battery BMS locking down the battery and I couldn’t wake it up, even blue carbon did not respond to my enquires on how to wake the battery. 4. This inverter stated in its specifications that it can wake a sleeping Lithium battery, this is absolutely true, you have to be on solar not Public power utility though to get this done, but it was really impressive that this inverter woke the nominal 48v lithium battery from 11.05v slumber to 47volts and immediately began to charge the lithium battery. 5. The only thing one should check is the default settings ,to confirm they are what the manual stated, I found 2 of those settings not at the stated value and I have to set them to my preference. 6. The PLC is user friendly and simple to use.
In fact, I did several other test with this inverter and it does exactly what it says it could do.
So overall,I give it 5 star for its performance at the stated price.
Installation this product doesn't come with any paperwork,manual you have to go online on your phone to try to understand installation. So I found manuals online and tried printing them out all black pages not my printer just the way it prints out.Why companies don't try to be the customer and jump through the hopes like the people that actually pay money for product .I hope this helps someone else.product seems to work as suppose to.we are on our own I guess.

The inverter I received from the seller was defective as it did not turn on and the LCD screen remained black. Despite being an engineer and following the instructions manual, I was unable to power it on. After sending photos and videos to the seller, they were unable to assist me. However, Amazon's customer service was able to resolve my issue and I am grateful for their help.
